Speaker Bios:

Jordan Soto is a Media professional with 10+ years in radio, TV, and digital media. From receptionist to executive producer, has led teams creating digital video programs and series. As Director of Content & Creative, develops strategies across the customer journey. Co-hosts the Jay Young Show, highlighting entrepreneurial challenges and successes.

Adam Haecker is a World class petrophysicist who dabbles in geophysics occasionally with dangerous results.

Greg Matlock Specializes in U.S. federal income tax planning across the energy value chain, including mining, oil and gas, power, utilities, and renewable energy. Has extensive experience in structuring and assessing economic feasibility for energy investments globally. Led over 60 CCS/CCUS/ DAC projects and numerous transactions in solar, wind, hydrogen (blue, green, and variants), waste-to-energy, battery storage, biomass, biofuels, and geothermal, covering feasibility, execution, tax credit qualification, and monetization.

Zach Liu is the Director of Subsurface CCUS at Harvestone Low Carbon Partners, overseeing Class VI CO2 injection operations at the Blue Flint CCS site in North Dakota. With over 25 years in oil and gas, including a decade in CCUS at Kinder Morgan and Harvestone, has drilled more than 100 CO2 wells. A licensed Petroleum Engineer, Professional Geologist in Texas, and CFA charterholder, he served as President of SPWLA International in 2018.

Andrea Crook is the Co-founder & CEO of OptiSeis Solutions Ltd., a leader in sustainable solutions for high resolution subsurface imaging and analytics. She is the current Canadian Society of Geophysicists 2025 Distinguished Lecturer and sits on the Board of Directors for the Clean Resource Innovation Network (CRIN).
