MicroSeismic, Inc CEO Peter Duncan Recognized by Houston Technology Center

HOUSTON, TEXAS   – May 14, 2013 – MicroSeismic, Inc. (MicroSeismic) announced today, that CEO, Peter Duncan, Ph.D. will be recognized as a celebrated entrepreneur at the Houston Technology Center’s (HTC) 10th annual “A Celebration of Entrepreneurs” gala on May 16.

Dr. Duncan will be recognized as one of the celebrated entrepreneurs at this year’s gala. Lifetime Achievement awards will be presented to four different sectors: Aerospace, Energy, IT and Life Sciences as well as the award for the featured honoree.

“I am surprised and grateful to receive recognition from this prestigious organization,” stated Peter Duncan, Ph.D., Founder and CEO, MicroSeismic. “I have dedicated my life to the study of geophysics and the advancement of that field of work in this great industry; to be recognized by HTC is a great honor.”

The HTC gala honors Houston area entrepreneurs that have made a significant impact on the region’s economy. It will draw between 400-450 individuals from the technology community and from major corporations in the community. The gala benefits the Houston Technology Center, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that enables and accelerates the growth of emerging technology companies for the purpose of creating jobs and promoting economic development in the greater Houston area.
