Microseismic-Based Completions Evaluation, Now In Real-Time!
Presented by: Carl Neuhaus
Coming soon, MicroSeismic will unveil its next version of real-time monitoring that will include real-time fracture modeling, dynamic SRV estimation, end-of-stage EUR and drainage estimation and rapid stress analysis. In this talk, we will explain the evolution of the technology, the benefits of real-time and how these new advances will have a tangible and lasting effect on the bottom line of our customers.
Why Treatment Order Matters: Using Geophysics to Understand Well Performance
Presented by: Alireza Agharazi, Geomechanics Engineer
In this case study we show the impact of well treatment sequence on the overall efficiency of multi-well completions. Microseismic data are used to demonstrate how induced reservoir stress/pressure changes can be used to improve completion efficiency by optimizing well treatment sequence.
Lunch & Learn: MicroSeismic for Field Development: Increased Reserves in the Permian and More. Now In Real-Time!
Presented by: Carl Neuhaus, VP, Engineering
A case study from the Permian Basin illustrates how integrated microseimic monitoring can help define wellbore placement by calculating pressure depletion in multi-layer reservoirs. Production forecasts from microseismic allow for immediate understanding of wellbore economics to derisk future development and decide where to deploy capital for best returns. Moving microseismic-based engineering workflows to real-time and visualizing fractures, proppant placement, and drainage while a well is being treated helps our customers stay one step ahead of their competition.
