Completion required accurate frac mapping over entire wellbore length
WELL SPEC:
8000' depth, 3,000' lateral length, 7 frac stages monitored
The customer needed to understand the growth of induced fractures for every stage in this horizontal well and how the fracs might interact with offset wells in the area. Conventional downhole monitoring could not provide coverage over the full wellbore length. PSET® frac mapping, with its consistent event location and large area of coverage, was able to provide a full picture of the full stimulated volume.
