MICROSEISMIC JOB OPPORTUNITIES
Interested in MicroSeismic job opportunities or oil and gas careers? MicroSeismic, Inc. (MSI) is a geophysical services company that provides real-time monitoring and mapping of hydraulic fracture operations for the development of unconventional oil and gas plays. MSI is the pioneer in near-surface monitoring of microseismic activity.
MSI's BuriedArray acquisition uses geophones placed near the ground's surface to listen to the rock breaking during hydraulic fracturing. Data gathered by these geophones is transmitted to a processing center where geophysicists can analyze the information and show oil and gas operators, in real-time, exactly where their fractures are going. This information is used by operators to increase production and recovery at a much lower cost than traditional monitoring methods. MSI is the only company with experience monitoring microseismic at or near the surface in real-time.
In the last year, MSI has tripled its growth along with the demand for its services. We are actively recruiting for the following positions:
- Senior Structural Geologist
- Data Processing and Analysis (Houston, Denver, Pittsburgh, Calgary)
- Field Operations (All locations: Houston, Denver, Calgary, International)
- Corporate Account Manager (Calgary, Houston, Pittsburgh)
- Completion Engineer Tech
- Geologist
- Geophysicist
- Linux/Oracle Administrator
- System Administrator
- Payroll Specialist
