Ron Warren

Chief Financial Officer

Ron Warren Warren has an extensive background as CFO and in corporate management. From 2000 to 2005, Warren worked at Burr Wolff, a national service company in the state and local tax arena where he served in senior management roles of CFO, COO and President. From 1996 to 2000, he served as CFO and President of Telescan, a NASDAQ listed company providing web based tools and web hosting for major financial websites such as CNBC.com and American Express. Earlier, Warren spent ten years as CFO of CognisSeis Development, a professional services and software company operating service centers and licensing software / systems to the oil industry. Previously, he spent ten years in several financial management capacities including Controller and Treasurer for Sonat Offshore Drilling prior to its acquisition by Transocean. He holds a CPA and MBA. He joined MSI in July, 2006.
